Street Closings for Saturday, April 11

A portion of Maxwell Blvd from Dickerson St. to Whitman St. (about one-third of a mile) will be closed to traffic all day Saturday.
Detours:
For those driving east toward downtown from Maxwell AFB, turn right on Dickerson St. and turn left on Herron St.
For those driving west toward Maxwell AFB from downtown Montgomery, turn left onto Whitman St. and right onto Clay St.
In addition, Columbus St. between N. Hull and N. Decatur Streets will be closed Saturday for the Alabama Book Festival at Old Alabama Town.
